Singapore Pools is the only operator licensed by GRA to provide remote gambling services. This is the position stated in GRA’s public guidance.
GRA also states that providing unlicensed remote gambling services to people in Singapore, and participating in unlicensed remote gambling while in Singapore, are offences.
What this means for this brand record
